Education (1983) Degree in mechanical engineering Rome "La Sapienza", Member of the Order of Rome. (1984) M.B.A. at Eni Group (Agip Petroli), working in Agip Petroli industrial management until 1989.

 

Business track record - 1990-2010: founding partner and CEO Ktesios Group.

Founding partner and CEO of Ktesios Group (1990-2010). Primary intermediary under Art. 107 of the salary-backed loans. Created the first "proprietary" integrated supply chain consisting of Network (B2B and B2C), Servicing Platform (partnership with MOL) and Origination (approx. 20 institutions with main partners UBI and UNICREDIT).

In 2006, he promoted the entry (90%) of Merrill Lynch and CIR into the capital of Ktesios, implementing a development plan through internal lines and acquisitions (market share 18% - outstanding 2.8 bn).

Founding partner and CEO MedioCredito Europeo (2011-2018), listed on the Marché Libre. With Equity Partner Seer Capital (US private equity fund), he launched a new business model with a 300 mln securitisation programme (senior partner DB).

Founding partner and CEO of Finance Factory. Launched OAM vehicle (2019-2020) with a dedicated distribution model for salary-backed loans. In 2021 refocused on the SME segment as agent of Banca Progetto (Progetto Imprese).

Legislative and informative collaborations on consumer credit, member of Assofin Board of Directors (2004-2011). Legislative support with Abi, Bankit, INPS for updating sector regulations (i.e. dpr 180/2006- 07 "pensioners", law 141/2010 "single mandate", "new 106").
