He is Exvi's majority shareholder and Board Member.

 

He is the sole shareholder of Magistris & Wetzel spa, a company operating in the field of the production of metal-mechanical components, mainly for the heavy vehicle, railway and industrial machinery markets.

He is the majority shareholder and founder of WEM Gallery, a company that produces and promotes contemporary artists, whose works it also markets.

It holds a 10% stake in Euro Liberia Logging, the largest forest concession in Liberia.

He is a Board Member of Hermes Investimenti spa, a green energy investment holding company.

He is a member of the Board of Directors of the components group of ANFIA - Associazione Nazionale Filiera Industria Automobilistica (National Association of the Automotive Industry); furthermore, for ANFIA he is Coordinator of the Credit and Finance working group.

He is a member of the Scientific Committee and Board of Directors of the Farefuturo Foundation.

He is co-founder of the think tank Caffèfuturo.

In the past, he started working with the school newspaper, turning it into a national free press group, which he sold in 2007.

While working, he studied and graduated in Business Economics at “La Sapienza” University in Rome. He later founded with Cav. Lav. Prof. Ercole Pietro Pellicanò and Prof. Maurizio Dallocchio Exvi - Financial Advisor, with which he advised on extraordinary finance transactions from 2008 to 2013.

In the past, he was founder and President of the Freepress Association, head of institutional relations of the ANSPC - Associazione Nazionale per lo Studio dei Problemi del Credito (National Association for the Study of Credit Problems) with which he founded the Credit Observatory, and was promoter, founder and Secretary General of the Canova Club Milano. He has been an adjunct Professor at the Course in Business and Banking Economics at LUMSA University.

He is the author of the book “L'Economia non è una scienza triste” (Economics is Not a Sad Science), EGEA Editore.
